Alexandra Richoz

Alexandra Richoz joined Prateo in June 2020 as legal counsel. She is one of the partners and oversees the Legal department and Human Resources.

She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg. In this context, she also spent a semester at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies (Université de Georgetown and King’s College) in London.

After working for a well-known Swiss law firm, she then completed her mandatory legal internship. In 2019, she passed the bar exam in the canton of Vaud.

Alexandra has a solid knowledge and can advise clients on private law, public law and criminal law.

She provides legal advice to both commercial and private clients, particularly in the areas of commercial law, real estate law, inheritance law, employment law, tenant and landlord law and family law. In addition to drafting contracts, Alexandra analyzes legal structures in order to identify aspects that can be optimized.
