Romain Rufener

Romain has been with Prateo since December 2024. He is responsible for the audit department.

He is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and has been registered as an audit expert with the Federal Audit Oversight Authority since 2018.

Before joining Prateo, he worked for 9 years in the external audit department of a Big 4 firm.

Romain’s activities include the execution of annual audit mandates (ordinary and limited statutory examination), special audit assignments and the provision of advice on accounting, financial and organisational matters.
